Sharing international borders with China, Bhutan, and Myanmar, the state is blessed with snow-capped mountains, dense forests, deep river valleys, and pristine lakes. Home to more than 26 major tribes and numerous sub-tribes, Arunachal Pradesh offers a unique blend of traditions, colorful festivals, handicrafts, and indigenous lifestyles that make it one of India’s most culturally diverse destinations.

The state is also a paradise for nature lovers and adventure seekers, offering activities such as trekking, wildlife exploration, river rafting, and cultural experiences. Famous attractions include the high-altitude monasteries of Tawang, the scenic valleys of Ziro, the remote wilderness of Anini and Dibang Valley, and rich biodiversity protected within several wildlife sanctuaries and national parks. With its untouched landscapes and serene environment, Arunachal Pradesh remains one of India’s most beautiful and least-explored travel destinations.
